This 4 week online course will dive deep into the stages of labor, positions, breastfeeding basics, inductions and interventions. Prior to class you will receive all of our digital downloads to use during and for future use. Your instructor, Becca, is a wealth of knowledge with a passion for birth that extends past the classroom. She welcomes questions and watching expecting parents’ confidence grow. Becca’s teaching style is information based, empowering with a focus on self-advocacy.

This class is great for first time parents but with the depth of knowledge would also be beneficial for 2nd or 3rd time parents.
