Megan Mendoza, Co-Founder
Childbirth Educator
Placenta Encapsulation SpecialistHi, I'm Megan Mendoza. I am a mom of 2, cancer survivor, Bend born, former doula, birth educator, placenta encapsulation specialist, and lover of all things birth. I got into birth work after having my own children and realizing what I learned in movies and tv was not at all how birth happens. I believe feeling valued and heard during pregnancy translates into more confidence during labor and postpartum.
I am passionate about giving expectant families the information they want to during labor they're able to make the best decisions for themselves. My teaching method is science based with a heavy focus on partner involvement and coping skills for ever type of birth.

Jaime Collado, Co-Founder
Doula and Educator
Hello, I’m Jaime Collado, a mother, a daughter, a sister and a natural nurturer. Over the last 6 years in bend I have had the privilege of witnessing hundreds of first breaths.
I meet with families, I hear their stories, we connect and learn and plan for bringing baby earth side and what caring for your body and baby looks like as you settle into your new family dynamic and baby bliss.
But my FAVORITE part is witnessing birthing humans in their power. Finding trust in their bodies in their hearts, seeing them dig deeper then they ever have, is an honor.
I am deeply grateful for each and every client/friend who trusted my support. Loving each and every one.

Emily
Birth Doula $1800
Postpartum Support $50-$60Hi there! I’m Emily and I can’t wait to work with you. I live in the Bend area with my wife and our dogs where we love to do all of the outdoor activities such as riding horses, paddling, hiking, biking and attempting to fly fish. I am available for both birth and overnight postpartum care, and am happy to discuss how I can be of additional support during your pregnancy and/or journey to parenthood as well.
I entered the birth and postpartum field to make sure birthing people and new parents had experiences that left them feeling safe, confident and in control. My goal in birth work is to lift up populations who have had to work a bit harder to be heard and respected - be that women, “non-traditional” families, or LGBT+ folks - with advocacy and a calm, reassuring presence.
I aim to provide individualized care to my clients no matter where they are on their parenthood journey - from thinking about parenthood to well into postpartum - on any path to parenthood including assisted reproduction and adoption. Although I bring along experience and evidence-based information, you are the only expert on your baby and the only expert on your body and so my main role is to set you up for success and provide the reassurance (and professional resources) for you to parent safely and confidently. I’m here to help you face difficult decisions or unexpected outcomes with empathy and understanding but also help remove the weight of things that feel daunting. I’m here to navigate the beautiful complexities of parenthood with you, celebrating the many, many joys, offering support through the challenges and finding humor in all of the little moments along the way. I can’t wait to be a part of this pivotal time in your life!

Hi, I’m Aleah (pronounced uh-lee-uh) - mom of 2, lifelong birth nerd and two-time surrogate. My passion for pregnancy and parenthood runs deep, inspired early on by my own dreams of motherhood and a loved one’s struggle with fertility. That experience lit a fire in me to help others reach their goals in parenthood - whatever that looks like for them.As a birth and postpartum doula, I believe that every journey into parenthood is powerful, transformative, and completely unique. I don’t offer cookie-cutter support. Instead, I listen intently, meet you where you are and walk beside you with care, evidence-based guidance and zero judgment. No matter what your birth preferences or parenting styles are, I’m here to help you feel calm, confident and truly supported every step of the way.
I also bring a strong foundation in early childhood development and education, plus practical experience as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) - because safety, confidence and empowerment matter long after birth. Jessica
Birth Photographer
Birth & Postpartum Doula
Serving Eastern Oregon & SE WashingtonHi, I’m Jessica. I am a mom of two girls, a photographer, and doula. I have a background in Art, Design, and photography.
Having my first baby in 2021 made me so much more aware of the need for a doula support before birth and postpartum. Doula work has always been an interest for me from a young age, I’ve been fascinated with all things birth. So much of the transition is learning how to ask for help, always learning, and trusting your intuition. There can be so many unknowns and fears many have to give birth and my goal is to give the space to process and clear those fears with all birthing humans and partners so they can enter the birth ready and empowered in their decisions.
I’m here to be your guide during the transitions and offer the support you need whether that be pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or you are experiencing a loss or termination. I believe everyone should confidently make informed decisions about their body and be supported in them every step of the way.

Grace
Birth Doula $1500
Daytime Postpartum Doula $50/hourHi, I’m Grace, a central Oregon native, birth and postpartum doula and lover of all things birth and baby. Ever since I was little, if there were babies or birth stories being told, you could bet I was right there soaking it all in and honestly, nothing has changed!
As a doula, I honor both evidence- based research and the deep, inherent wisdom that every birthing person carries. My goal is to nurture each unique journey, offering support that empowers parents to trust themselves and feel confident in every decision, feel truly seen and heard, and feel cared for. I meet people where they are at, no matter the path or pace, whether the energy is calm and grounded or bubbly and bright. I’ll match your rhythm and hold space for whatever you need.
Outside of supporting families you’ll probably find me in the kitchen cooking or baking something new, spending time with loved ones, saying “yes” to spontaneous adventures, and taking way too many pictures along the way!

Baylee
Birth Doula $1,200
Postpartum Doula $50-$60Hi, I’m Baylee. I’m a trained birth doula and childbirth educator, mama to a spirited three-year-old daughter, and lover of all things outdoors.
I fell in love with birth at a young age. I was always drawn to babies and supporting families, and over the years that calling only grew stronger. Birth is powerful, vulnerable, and life-changing, and I feel deeply honored to walk alongside families during such an important time.
My approach is balanced and intentional. I value evidence-based information and helping families feel informed and confident in their decisions, while also embracing the intuitive, body-led nature of birth. I believe every birth space is different, and one of my greatest strengths is meeting families exactly where they are — offering calm when things feel steady and grounding, and encouragement and energy when it’s needed most.
I’m especially passionate about strengthening connections between partners and helping couples feel united and supported as a team. I care deeply about perinatal mental health and believe that how you feel about your birth experience can shape your transition into postpartum. Preparing both the mind and body for birth — and honoring the emotional side of the journey — is something I hold with great respect.
Originally from Texas, I now call Central Oregon home with my husband, our daughter, and our two dogs. When I’m not supporting clients, you can usually find me hiking, camping, traveling, and soaking up the beauty of the outdoors.
